• Support a global Microsoft 365, Entra ID, infrastructure, application, and compliance environment spanning approximately 1,600+ users, multiple companies and divisions, more than 30 countries, and 100+ locations.
• Manage identity, Conditional Access, Protected Access, Microsoft 365 administration, and related access-control policies.
• Contribute to CMMC Level 2 readiness, Azure Government initiatives, SSP documentation, evidence collection, assessor coordination, and compliance management.
• Coordinate software deployment, application standardization, upgrades, lifecycle management, and vendor relationships across engineering and enterprise applications.
• Help drive OT data harvesting initiatives, industrial data convergence, and integration planning across production environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge capture, standards, procedures, and implementation guidance.
• Work across infrastructure, networking, automation compute, firewalls, and plant systems in support of secure, reliable operations.
• Support application rationalization and standardization across enterprise technology services.
• Delivered or supported upgrades involving AutoCAD, Autodesk Vault, Adept, engineering calculation tools, and related technical software.
